Compact
Robot, spindle, table and guarding in a small footprint.
Roughing, finishing and detailing on complex surfaces with the same robot, inside a guarded robotic cell.
What it's for
Robotic machining for manufacturers of molds and patterns who need flexibility. The same robot handles roughing, finishing and detailing on complex surfaces, with no machine change between steps.
The robotic cell is designed around your part: a tool magazine with automatic tool changing as the strategy requires, fixed or rotary tables to reach every face of the part, and guarding in line with NR-12 (Brazilian machine-safety standard). CAM programming and toolpaths are simulated in 3D before the robotic cell is built.
Available configurations
Robot, spindle, table and guarding in a small footprint.
The robot works on one table while the operator changes the part on the other.
Access to different faces of the part for sculptures and 3D machining.

Frequently asked questions
Molds and patterns for production parts and prototypes, such as those for transportation components and reinforced plastics. Sizing always starts from the customer's actual part.
A 3D model is the best starting point: with it we simulate the robotic cell and the toolpaths before anything is built. If you don't have one yet, tell us what you need to produce and we'll assess it together.
It can include a tool magazine with automatic tool changing, depending on the machining strategy defined for your application.
It depends on the robot's reach and the robotic cell configuration, and is defined during the technical assessment. For very long parts, see also our large-parts solution.
Send us the 3D model or photos of your part. We reply within the same business day.
